Refund Policy

Every new account gets every feature free for 14 days, with no card needed. That's the time to decide whether EachReader is right for you.

Cancel in Settings → Plan → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After that the account returns to Free: everything you made stays, and you can upgrade again whenever you want.

Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month or year you didn't use. That's why there's a free period up front.

We will refund in full when:

• you were charged twice for the same period,
• you were charged after you'd cancelled, or
• the law where you live requires it.

Write to personapilot1@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the date of the charge. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so approved refunds go back to your original payment method through them, usually within 5–10 business days.
