Terms of Service

EachReader is run by Muaaz Khan, an individual based in Pakistan(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at personapilot1@gmail.com.

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person or business per account. Plans cover every project on the account.

You own what you bring and make here: your questionnaire answers, drafts, campaigns and contact lists. You give us permission to store and process them only to run EachReader for you — including sending them to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, such as the AI provider that writes your copy and the email provider that delivers it.

You must have permission to email everyone you upload. That means people who signed up to hear from you, not bought, rented or scraped lists. You're responsible for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you and your readers. Every email we send for you carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and we stop emailing anyone who opts out, bounces or reports spam.

• Send spam, or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
• Send anything illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that impersonates someone else.
• Send phishing, malware, or messages that try to collect passwords or payments under false pretences.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the limits or security of the service.

If an account does any of these, we may pause its sending or close it, and we'll tell you why.

EachReader uses AI to draft strategies and rewrite your emails for each segment. AI can get things wrong. Every version can be read and edited before it goes out, and you can send yourself a test. What you send is your decision and your responsibility.

• New accounts get every feature free for 14 days, with no card. After that the account becomes read-only — your work stays, but generating, uploading and sending need a paid plan.
• Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipts. Its own terms apply to the purchase. We never see your card details.
• Prices are in US dollars. Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan → Manage billing.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we'll email you before it does.

We work to keep EachReader running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or that every email will reach an inbox — delivery also depends on your readers' email providers.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using EachReader at any time; cancelling stops future charges. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can export your contacts from Settings at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and for changes that matter we'll email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
